  • What varieties of fruit trees can i grow in large greenhouse?

I have a 120m2 and 4 meter high greenhouse in south of sweden. I have rooms for more plants. I keep them in +5 c during winter and now i`m moving them outside in 2-3 weeks. Today i have kaki, Mullberries, figs and some other. What else would be good for a life in a pot and kept inside during winter?

TBH I'm really unfamiliar with the sort of weather you get in your area.

My guess would be that grape vines would be one good possibility - the vines themselves are fairly hardy when they are dormant and in my experience the extra warmth inside is OK for them when they are growing as long as they are rooted in the ground, and can get adequate water at the roots.

I may be missing something here, but, if the winter temp in the GH is +5, that higher than many of our winter temps in the UK. In which case, almost anything that grows outside here (and can be grown in pots) would be suitable.

Hej! I'm from Småland and I'm really curious how you keep your greenhouse so warm over winter. I think my sister that still lives there would love to know too! I keep telling her to get the massive woodburner that heats three houses can heat a greenhouse too, but she just smiles when I say that lol
