My raised carrot/parsnip beds are warming up nicely. Been under bubble wrap for the last week. Soil temp at +15 deg. Other beds are at approx + 11 deg left uncovered. This is in Hampshire by the way.

How are you measuring the temperature please? -
I bought a simple soil thermometer for a few quid in Wilko. Place the metal probe in, the temp shows on the dial on the top. V useful.Originally posted by veggiechicken View PostComment
