3 out of my 5 plants have had the leaves eaten, plenty of rabbits, pigeons and squirrels on the plots. Could it be one of them?

Can you describe in what way are they being eaten?...around the edges/big holes/tiny holes/chunks removed?

Mainly just holes, but 2 ragged with just the veiny bits leftComment

Interesting that rhubarb leaves can be poisonous- my chickens never touched them! I have serious trouble with pigeons

My chooks peck them even though I try to stop them. They tear the edges but don't strip it back to the "veins".Comment

My chickens are ruthless - they'd annihilate my rhubarb if I let them.Comment
