  • Trial Planting Bulbs

Ib have decided to get my daffs planted now, and as I have changed my flower beds I need to remove them once they are finished flowering, I was thinking of buying a mesh basket like the ones used for planting fish ponds, but they are rather costly so had a look at a those things you use to hold the veg peelings in the sink, again too costly, did find a pack of three for £3.45 in aldi but OH told me she wasn't for paying for them so gave it some thought and decided to give this a try a large milk carton
I put some holes in one side then cut out the opposite side I now have it planted up with 20 daff bulbs and will put it in the garden tomorrow
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.
