  • Dodgey spuds

I have bought some spuds which look super on the outside. However, when peeling starts there are discoloured areas that are about 10 mm into the spud. I thought it was brusing but it is in all the spuds. Any thoughts?

I wouldn't compost them or their peelings for your own plot.
