Strawberry leaf spot

Help! My second year strawberries have a leaf spot disease. I've seen some articles about a fungicide but is there an organic way to treat the plants?

Also, if anyone had this before did the plants go on to fruit or should I just bin these plants...

I had it the end of last year and they fruited ok this year. But not sure if yield normal or not though as a odd summer. End of last year I cut off all the old leaves and cleaned up any debris to reduce carry over to this year, the disesase has only just appeared strongly now. Think certain varieties are more prone, marshmello seemed worst here and yielded poorly.
