    Might be of interest

    https://mynaturewatch.net/daylight-camera-instructions

I already have a Raspberry PI so I have ordered a camera.

The article links to a camera but I have ordered a better quality one.

Will see how things develop when it arrives !

    Any interest ??

I saw the program and had a look, sure it will work to give some fairly basic results, but the results will not be up to most folks aspirations and I would want something faster than micro SD cards for data transfer. Not too keen on the images of bare hands handling the circuit boards and no mention of anti static control either, results could disappoint if something close to professional results are expected.

The SD cards have always been fast enough for me.
I have been working on components and circuit boards for many years, I build my own radio modules.
Never took anti static precautions and never had a problem.
As for the results, I guess you get what you pay for !

OK my power bank has arrived in the post so I can set up the camera standalone.
I have set it on the shed roof with some broken biscuits as bait.
Normally the birds flock to them but today they all seem to have disappeared ???

Some teething problems about pointing camera and wind moving it.
A brick on top sorted the wind.
Here is my first wildlife picture
Yes the camera is upside down but I though I inverted the picture.
Done you just love computers !

Love the photos. I'm pretty sure you could enter them for the Turner Prize.
