  • do pak choi needs root fly rings

With my brassicas I normally fit each plant with a plastic ring to prevent cabbage root fly.
This has been 100% successful up to now.
    Trying pak choi this year.
Will they need rings, or are they so quick they won't ?

Note: My normal rings are 6 inch squares cut from a compost bag.
Fold in 4 and snip a small amount of the end of to form a small hole in the middle.
Fit black side up around each plant.

      Thanks
I think I will give them a go without and see what happens.
