Wait, for several years for some flowers(it will need potting on now and again though).

As I've mentioned before, about four years ago I planted citron seeds. One of them developed and is now about 80 cm high. It hasn't flowered yet, but I'm hopeful it will flower this year or next, and I will then post a picture.

I read somewhere that its a bit easier to grow Seville oranges from pips (the marmalade type) in this country.

I wrote orange seed because I can't spell satsuma, clementine or tangerine and I don't know the difference between them . But it's one of them 3 I'm growing.

I was eating one, it tasted nice. I had a pip. I had a spare cell in my heated propagator.
After a quick thought of I wonder. The rest is history

Lovely foliage plants, don't hold your breath waiting for flowers or fruit.

Segue into outrageous boast - I have stone-grown peach and apricot plants from 2014 both beginning to blossom. So that's the way to go. In 20+ years messing about with seedling citrus I've had one blossom , on a grapefruit. It fell off.

I've got a few trees grown from home saved seed, including plums, apricots and peaches - the apricots I've planted in my poly-tunnel. Those are about 3 years old now - so we shall see ....
