    some strawberrys turning powdery

    Hi All,

    I planted some bare root strawberry plants a few month back, however some of the fruits on them are starting to turn a powdery grey, I have removed these, is it common for new plants to develop this?

    Sounds like powdery mildew. I'd Google search powdery mildew to find some solutions. How close are your palnts together? Increasing air circulation might help

      they are fairly close at the moment, im going to spread them out a bit this weekend, it does look like that but the whole strawberry is covered and it seems to dissolve when touched.
