White sage dying?

    White sage dying?

    Hi

    I have just joined and am a novice gardener. I have been growing three white sage pants for months outside and brought them in last month. One is particularly healthy compared to the other two which are progressively shrivelling up and dropping leaves. They were never as healthy as the bigger one inside or outside. I water them equally and not too much. Please help: I really love them! Thanks hugely for any help...

    Hello Caitlin and welcome to the Grapevine.
    Can I ask where you live and why you've brought them in? Sage would normally survive outdoors over winter unless you have harsh conditions.
    It looks as if the plants are in your house and the atmosphere may be too dry for them. May not have enough light either.

      Thanks! Very glad to be here.

      I live in Oxfordshire, South East UK, and brought them in as the temperature was going to reach -4 centigrade. However, one is fine. It's the other two that seem to be dying. They have had mottled leaves for months, too, whilst outside.
