A lot of my recipes came from all recipes. Although I haven't made courgette brownies for ages and now feel I should go make them. I must be good. I can't just have cake for dinner

Some of them do look good. Oddly enough I'm leaning towards the pumpkin cakes

Won't work, BM ................... it's like he's got this in-built veggie sensor ............. however I disguise 'em he always, ALWAYS picks them out ............

He loves lentil soup (it has to be the Heinz brand ....) and he will take 30 minutes to consume the soup ~ every little tiny, teeny little scrap of carrot will adorn the side of his soup bowl ..... Quite a feat, really ..!!!

Wonder if they can be disguised with Raspberries or some other obvious fruit.

Does anyone, apart from me, remember dinner parties with beetroot in blackcurrant jelly, carrots in orange jelly and I'm sure there was something in green jelly but can't remember what!..............You know when you're getting old when you can remember when these dishes were the height of elegance

Mmmm Lots of people complain about their marrow gluts (fed up of stuffed marrow) and yet think how many cakes you could make from just one of these big fellas!!! Any cake recipe with courgettes should work equally as well with marrows used instead.
LOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. Winter update: currently growing overwintering onions, carrots, lettuce, chard, salad leaves, kale, cabbage, radish, beetroot, garlic, broccoli raab, some herbs.

Mine are older now so don't mind the veggies so much but I used to make sauce for pasta with a ton of courgettes in and blitz until smooth, add loads of herbs and garlic. They didn't seem to mind if they didn't have to chew it!
