    Feeding Fruit Trees

    hello
    I intend to feed the apple trees that I put in over the past few months. Can anyone recommend a good fertiliser for them, and give me advice on how to apply it? Furthermore, some of the trees are in pots-should they be treated differently, or fed in the same manner as those in the ground? Any help or advice greatly appreciated.

      What I'll be doing in the next week or so is applying a mulch of manure around each tree followed by a sprinkling of wood ash.

        Sulphur of potash helps with the flowering,I sprinkle a couple of handfuls around the base of the trees,cover it with a bit of soil & water.

          my trees will be getting a 3 course meal of horse manure, wood ash and some potassium.
          Just think happy thoughts

            If I use BFB around my apple, pear and plum trees, can I also use this to feed strawberries and raspberries...if they ever decide to start growing?!
