    Over the last few days -
    6 jars BlackBerry and Apple jelly
    6 jars runner bean chutney
    2 jars courgette pickle
    6 jars apricot jam
    4 jars banana and date chutney

    4 bottles oriental plum sauce
    4 jars plum jelly - made from little yellow mirabelle plums looks gorgeous and tastes yum!
    3 jars courgette and tomato chutney

      Local shop had loads of fruit reduced so -
      6 jars strawberry jam
      5 jars pineapple chutney
      8
      6 jars pineapple jam
      3 jars grape and Apple chutney
      And also 6 jars pickled red cabbage

        This weekend produced -

        8 jars raspberry and apple jam
        4 jars pear, apple and ginger conserve
        8 jars courgette chutney
        12 jars pickled baby beetroot
        What do you get if you divide the circumference of a pumpkin by its diameter?
        Pumpkin pi.

              I made piccalilli yesterday. It's such a vivid colour it looks radioactive!!! Tastes good.

                        So far :-
                        4 jars of blackberry jam
                        12 jars of mixed fruit jam (apple, raspberry, blackberry, blackcurrant, who knows what)
                        1 jar of courgette pickle - don't think I'll make any more.

                        5kgs of raspberries on the hob as we speak

                            I guess this would be a nice alternative to Mango chutney...
                            While wearing your night clothes, plant cucumbers on the 1st May before the sun comes up, and they will not be attacked by bugs.

                              5 jars of apple sauce
                              3 jars of plum and apple mince meat
                              3 jars of plum and apple mince meat (with brandy)
                              4 jars of pear, apple and ginger mince meat.

                              Various fruit purees meant for my youngest but have no doubt some will make it to yogurts and icecream.
