  • Super excited

I'm bouncing today, I can't help it, my stomach is all a flutter. Anyone might confuse the emotion with being in love, and they wouldn't be too far wrong.

Why??? I've been given the plot behind mine back, I had to give up some of my allotment the year before last after a number of surgeries meant I couldn't work it all. The last 9 months though has seen me physically fit and able, (if you exclude the carpal tunnel op recently!!). As a result I have managed to tame my plot and get it looking tidy. Tidy enough that the committee have asked if I'd like the bit they took off me back.

I'm very excited, and felt you all needed to know that I'm excited.
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

Its quite bizarre, I've been a bit in the background on my allotment for 4 or 5 years, but this year everyone has wanted to come over and have a chat. I think I might have been accepted by the old boys. When I was off with my hands one of them came over and watered for me and put a few pellets around my pumpkins, I hadn't asked. They did it out of the kindness of their heart.

              Its nice to belong...

Feel for you as Mr VVG had a carpal tunnel op and I've had four ops on my left wrist in as many years. Six years of casts and splints isn't funny. We are getting another half lotty too. Dead chuffed for you.
Good things come to those who wait chap.

Aren't people nice though? It shouldn't surprise us, but when someone does something so lovely and kind for you, with nothing to gain for themselves, it takes us by surprise! I think it's because some people tend to focus on the negatives in life, if you look for the bad you will find it, I look for the good - it's easy to find if you look
You may say I'm a dreamer... But I'm not the only one...

I'm an official nutter - an official 'cropper' of a nutter! I am sooooo pleased to be a cropper! Hurrah!

Have you seen Mikey's "body" Ap? Somethings crept up on it and I'm not sure what it is.
