The Sir Joseph Paxton strawberry, really quite rare now, i obtained this variety from a friend who entrusted his strawberry collection to me to go with my strawberry collection,
i also given a snippet of newspaper with mention of this strawberry in hampshire with the strawberry pickers being called "joe pickers" named after this strawberry, i do have some other bits of information on this variety but info is scarce
