I've got summer fruiting raspberries that i tie onto a 6ft frame but they are already aout 9 foot high. Would it be best to cut them down to 6foot or train them over into an arch? Any suggestions on the best yield welcome

Iv'e tried training them and finished up with a tangle. Now I cut off the tops and they side shoot the shoots bear fruit.Gardening requires a lot of water - most of it in the form of perspiration. Lou Erickson, critic and poet -
Sounds like mine this year. When i trained them of course they didnt have the side shoots so looked ok, then it just got so crowded.Comment
