    I always keep a few plants in our conservatory, namely;

    - 1 lemon tree
    - 1 bougainvillea
    - 1 'parrot plant'
    - a few chillies (naturally)
    + whatever else is kicking around

    over the last few weeks i've been suffering really badly with what i presume are white fly. The plants get covered in tiny little white flies and the leaves are sticky to touch.

    i've tried spraying them with some old b&q 'organic' pest spray i found in the shed but the issue only seems to come back.

    what else can I do to properly treat the plants and more importantly prevent future infestations?

    You need to keep spraying, as the existing eggs will hatch

    I started using Garlic Spray this year in the gh, it does work (but you have to repeat) but only on whitefly, not greenfly
