looking for plants to give a bit of cover behind my 6` high fence,its almost in full shade,about 60` long.border 16" wide.north facing.

I've got a similar fence also shaded by large eucalyptus tree. I've just bought but not yet planted a hydrangea petiolaris (self clinger) it's been recommended for v shady spots.
Also in the same area my Japanese anenomes seem to grow well. I've also got some ferns and a euphorbia - all seem to love it there. Not much colour but lots of green.

I've got two clematis going up a fence in shade after ~midday.. Working well so far. One is a montana, the other I can't remember, but it's outdoing the montana so far.
