  • Jerusalem "Farty" Chokes to Swap!

After digging up most of my Farty Chokes I find I have 4 lot's of 5 which are suitable for re-planting...in other words too small to eat but not too small to grow .
My original tubers were only small and I've had over 20lb of 5 tubers so far...not bad.

So if anyone wants some it'll be a 1st or 2nd class LARGE letter stamp plus your address. I have the padded envelopes and it'll be first come first served.

There's not that much I need in the seed department, but if anyone's got a Villa in Spain they want to let me have in exchange...I'm up for a bribe

P.M me Ginger Ninger if your interested...Thanks.

    Janet (G.N). xx

    ALL HAVE BEEN TAKEN, THANKS

And when GN has got rid of their JA's, I have about 50 to get rid of, not the nobbly sort, smooth, white and very tasty.

how easy are they and what are the benefits of growing in a small back garden??

remember i'm a relative newbie so go easy!!!

May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields and,
Until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand

              Hi Bigt,
There good as a wind stop, if you want to make a part of your garden private, if you want to cast shade in an area because they grow around the 10 foot high, mine were over 15 foot. There from the sunflower family and they also have flowers like the sunflower. All ya do is plant them and stand back...that's how easy they are. I would think your very unlucky if you can't grow them. They grow where most other things can't.

sound like they are too easy and might make me think im doing something right( false sense of security) but i think that the last thing i need is more shade as i have a small back garden in a corner house if anyone want to really help out they can PM me and i will give them the google maps co-ordinates for advice lol!!

I have some as well, when Jeanied runs out. They're under the snow at the moment but surely that won't last... Do they go in ordinary envelopes or do they need jiffy bags?
The problem with rounded personalities is they don't tesselate.
