  • begonia plant question

today i riped out my begonias and one basket i used just a plant form begonia of begonias and not from a tuber.

however i read that the plant leaves a tuber behide for you to keep for the following year. But their never turned into tubers. would i still be able to regrow the plants next year without them being tubers if i keep them indoors

    thanks

The only Begonias I'm familiar with are the indoor type. When they get leggy, I just snap off a long bit and poke it back into the compost. They soon re-root, and it thickens up the plant. I'm pretty sure you can do this with the outside type, and keep them indoors. I'm trying to think who I know/knew that has done it. Have you tried googling?
