  • French bean glut

We have a glut of French beans, does anyone have any idea as to what we can do with them. We don't like them frozen and anyway the freezer is full. I would like to preserve some for the winter or turn them into chutney or pickle.

    Any suggestions?

Can you leave them on the plant to dry and use them in chillis/stews etc?

I'm pickling them using Andi&Di's courgette recipe, also leaving a lot to dry.
