    Blackcurrrant syrup

    I tried to make blackcurrant syrup but when i put it in the jelly bag it would nto go through so it went off and was a waste of the 1pound that i picked! Is there a special way to do it?

      Thanks the recipe i used was a 'cold method' but i will do this next time!
