  • I'm the Queen of the Jungle

    Hi everyone,

I discovered this place quite by chance after doing a Net search for the Mowerland 4 in 1 tool.

You have a thread on here about it so I have tagged a question onto the end of the thread.

Anyway, I am a divorced lady from Wrexham of an age where I can spontaneously combust ( You know what I mean ladies!) I have two children both with children of their own and who no longer live with me.

My back garden has grown wild and I need some help and advice to get it back to how it was. I am prepared to do away with a lot of the shrubs now to make life easier for myself. I have two raised beds which could grow veg again but are under cover at the moment and a 12 x 8 Dutch type greenhouse which has nearly all its glass missing and is full of bindweed.

    Yes, I'm a hopeless case I know.

I think I may like it here

Welcome to the vine QoJ. Looks like you have all of the startings of a wonderful garden. You will find expert grapes in all fields so feel free to ask away & post any pics that you think may help.

Welcome QoJ, enlist the family to help you clear your garden...in time you can pay them back with lots of home grown veg. It could be a good way to get the grand kids involved...taking there big enough to pull a weed or three!

Sounds like a fantastic project...lots of piccies- you'll kick yourself in months to come in you don't have 'work in progess' piccies to compare.
...we're also a nosy lot ( well this lot are- not me )

...and involving all the family sounds wonderful- the children will love being involved
