Would anyone be willing to swap some seed for coloured cosmos. I used to collect seed off them but have mislaid them. I have white cosmos if anyone wants to swap.

Andrewo. I grew cosmos that was six foot high and collected seed from a few years ago. Havent grown it since so dont know if it is still viable.
I'll get my box out and see if any germinates and then send you some seeds if you want.

That would be great (I have just planted my dahlias, pompone and heirloom and they have all germinated). Let me know if the cosmos come up. When I grew whites ones they reached the same height of 5' on the allotment, they were fab by the paths with cerinthe planted beneath.Best wishes
