So I have bought a wine kit. I have most of the equipment under the stairs somewhere and am anxious to get the brew started. But, hold on a moment. It says 2 x 5 gallon fermentation vessels. (I happen to have 1x 1 gallon beer brewing tub) and about 12 gallon flagons.
The 5 gallon ones must be very big and very expensive what else can I use.
