does anyone have a recipe for a caramelised red onion preserve please. got loads of onions and really fancy giving this a try.

I'm sure there is one on here for Red Onion Marmalade by Piglet Willie; DexterDog [Bernie] made some and gave me a jar and it is lush.

I made the BBC one at the weekend - really easy, very yummy. Main thing I think is taking it slowly to keep it soft and sticky. A good heavy bottom helps !
