  • Raspberry canes

    Hi All,
My raspberry canes (autumn bliss) arrived today from T&M. I wont be able to plant this until the weekend. The root are wrapped in plastic. Should I remove the plastic and leave the roots in water until then or leave them as it is?

Personally I would unwrap and put in water, but if they hadn't been sent to you till next week, they would still be in their wrappers so I guess it won't make much difference really.
    Happy Gardening,

Stand in water until you can plant them, yes.

I got some from them as well. I've planted them in pots.
Should I cut the old stems off at some point?

          Thanks in advance

I would leave them soaking in water until you plant them up at the weekend. It wont harm them.
            Good luck
