  • Someone nicked my scarecrow

Have just broken the news to the kids that the scarecrow they made a couple of months ago has learnt to walk!! All we have left is a square hole!!!
Can't bear to think of some louts burning him on a bonfire .
He was very friendly if a little overweight

Have you checked outside the local pubs/shops etc. Stroppy? I bet some thieving little devils are using him for 'penny for the guy' somewhere. Some people will steal anything, hope the children aren't too upset!

Thats terrible! How can some people stoop so low, especially after your kids put in the time and effort to make him!

On the bright side tho, it means you can have some more fun making another one!

How mean of them SS. I would wait until after Guy Fawks then just enjoy making another one with the children.

              Yep,

Sounds like some Guy Fawks style theivery. I would be taking a trip to all nearby convenience shops, off licenses and supermarkets because I would bet a pound to a penny that some local chavs are using him as a begging tool.

Hope you get him back in one piece.

              Matt.

That's awful SS. It really beggars belief what some people will stoop to. Hope the children aren't too upset and that you can make another one. Best of luck if you do try and find him. It's probably the best looking guy around so should be easy to spot.
                Bright Blessings

                  Hi Matt
Just had a look at your website - you've done really well with all your hard work! I bet you've got a queue of chooks waiting to put in their applications to live in your very posh chook house! Its nice to be able to see all your photos - I really must get myself sorted this weekend, and with Nicks kind instructions, sort out some photos myself! Best wishes DDL

                      Hi
                      None at all I'm afraid
I am on the lookout for a badly dressed person who isn't willing to sit on a bonfire!!
I am willing to help them on top if any help is required!!
Thanks for all the support. It has helped the kids to realise that some reasonable people so exist.
