  • "Baby" red pepper seeds

I planted some patio red pepper seeds in the spring and got a plant which produced DOZENS of very small peppers - each about 2" long, pointy, very tasty. I left literally a dozen peppers on the plant in November when I last took some and then shut the greenhouse door and ran away...

Tonight DD announced out of the blue that she had forgotten she had cookery tomorrow and needed a red pepper. No worries, I said, and marched out in the FREEZING cold to get her the last off my plant. Neglect has taken its toll and only one squashy pepper remains. However, the grow bag (dried up, cold) I planted them in originally is COVERED in seeds. This is one prolific plant.

Long story short: would anyone like some seeds? I have enough to feed a nation of pepper lovers...

I would love some of your seeds please! I bought some orange baby peppers a while back, similar to yours by sound of it! They were lovely and sweet, ideal size for one person! I saved a few seed from them to try this year!

Fancy a swap? Few of your red for my orange! I'm not sure how many I have but can send you a few if you like. PM on its way to you in a few mins.
      Thanks!!

Oooh, sounds nifty. Could I get a few seeds in with the ones you were sending as part of our swap already, if that's not too cheeky to ask for.

I didn't have too much luck with my sweet peppers this last year - grand total of 4 peppers from 3 plants - not having had a greenhouse I suppose or could be the variety too though instructions never warned I'd need them in one, but maybe baby ones might do better on the patio (or my new plastic growhouse).

No, not specially, an SAE will be fine - unless you HAPPEN to have a couple of White Lady runner beans!

PM me and I'll give you my address
