when is the best time to put a net over my goosegoggs and raspberries. They have only been in the ground for about three weeks and are just becoming established in their new home.

Gooseberrys normally should be ok, I've only just started growing the sweet ones though, although all my flowers seem to be dropping off them
Raspberrys when they start to get ripe. I normally manage to get away with using cd's to scare the birds away and having a cat helps, but not that much
