    Port & Stilton Pate

    Preparation Time – 10 mins (plus 3 to 4 hours refrigeration)

    Ingredients: -

    11 oz Cream Cheese
    2 oz Butter
    ˝ cup white port (or a bit more if you’re inclined!)
    10 oz Stilton (or Blue Cheese) – crushed/mashed
    1 tbsp chives

    Beat the cream cheese & butter together until smooth, then stir in the port – add cheese & chives until combined, season if needed – cover & keep in fridge until needed.

    Enjoy!!

    I agree....

    Absolutely delish! I've not had white port for YEARS! and that recipe is well worth making.....

    If you don't already, put the rest of the bottle of white port in the fridge and serve cold 'on the rocks' during the warmer evenings of summer..... it's a really refreshing change.
