Some sort of protea? Maybe Leucospermum?

I live in a part of the UK with very mild winters. Please take this into account before thinking "if he is sowing those now...."

          That's what's so annoying!
          I'd like to get some!
They seem to be bulbous, not shrubs but passing resemblance to protius.

Beyond saying they look South African of some flavour, I can't really help. Do the leaves and the flowers in the picture go together?

Did look at shaving brush plants but leaves wrong as are flowers, protius is a shrub and these appear bulbous. There were several pot with no labels.
Have been looking at images on my 27" iMac, going cross eyed.

How tall are they? I have no idea of size from your photos?

                        Couple of feet tall.

I've messaged them on Farcebook. Not picked up yet.

                          "Hi Daniel,

Unfortunately these are plastic / artificial plants used by our catering company, Searcy, for their events.

                          Sorry to disappoint!

                          Best,
