  • Species tulips lost with a tete a tete layering?

I have layered in a pot tete a tete daffodils and some species tulips tarda, little beauty and honky tonk.
I've just realised that the species tulips are so short in height, will they be hidden and lost amongst the tete a tete come spring time?

If so I will redo my pots, I would rather be able to see the species tulips which I am very excited about

In my pots the daffs are usually going over and dropping by the time the tulips are showing, no idea what type the tulips are though as I inherited them and just replanted them.

Thanks Burnie. The tulips are very short, even shorter than the tete a tete and small apparently. I've not grown the smaller type before so I'm a bit clueless. I ended up redoing the pots and doing two layers of species in one pot and moving the tete a tete to another layered pot.
I think I'm a bit obsessed and OTT with spring bulbs this year
