  • Roast peppers

I've got LOADS of peppers in teh fridge at teh moment.

Do you reckon I could roast them and keep them in a jar of olive oil for a few weeks or so?

Hamsterqueen, you can freeze them then cook them when you like.

From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.

Hi Alice. Are they still crisp after being in the freezer?

            Hi
I chop and freeze peppers - but they aren't crisp once thawed - but are fine for cooking. If there are any on offer I'll buy loads and freeze. They last ages as well, as you don't use a whole pepper when you would if cooking from fresh.
