    Hiya

I have some lemon zest and innards left over and was wandering what I can do with them?

You can certainly freeze lemon zest.
The pulp?...well..I'm sure that would squeeze down to a juice and can be frozen seperately ( perhaps in an icecube tray????)

Pop some in with chicken or fish when you are cooking these. It adds a lovely flavour

Save it, together with any other citrus peel and apple peelings and make the Compost Heap Jelly and just keep popping it all in the freezer. When you have enough (500gr of each) make the jelly.
