    Default Festive pickles

Here is the plan. I give you a list of what I have left either stored or growing on the plot which could be used and you can give me ideas for preserved stuff to add to small jars to put in my hampers!
    • Florence Fennel
    • Mooli
    • Curly and Cabanero kale
    • Carrots
    • Beetroot
    • Parsnips
    • Onions red
    • Onions white
    • Yacon
    • Yellow toms
    • Jalapeno and other chilli peppers
    • Leeks
    • Eggs
    • Beans which need shelling
I have other stuff as well but the above are all usable now. Thought about kale crisps? The rest is an open book until i decide.

Like that idea. I can feel an experiment coming on!

Apparently I can even use my celery leaves that i have grown for cutting!

They look like eggs in the bottom of the pickle jar?

They do tend to make your eyes water when pickled in malt vinegar!
