  • Dried beans

Hi there - we use a lot of dried beans (borlotti, cannellini, butter, kidney etc) and would love to do some ourselves. We are about to plant our new veg plot - can anyone recommend varieties for this please and how to dry them?

I got fed up with throwin old runner beans into the compost bean so now we shell them and drop them in to the freezer, we also freeze our borlotti beans as well saves having to soak them over night!!!!!
