    Are you saying that savoys are tastier than such as Greyhound or Hispi? I ask because it's ages since I've eaten savoy cabbage.

    I'd choose a savoy type cabbage over all the others any day of the week. Nothing wrong with other cabbages, but the Savoy is King.

    My fave way with cabbage, is to either steam or boil until tender, about halfway through cooking add some fennel seeds. Drain and then serve tossed with butter - delicious! (Had it for tea tonight - again!) dexterdog
