    I made this the other week and although I have not opened a jar yet, it did taste fab when it was warm.

    Will be making an adaptation of it next weekend, it's really nice and soooooooooo easy!

    Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

    Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

    I concur - last year I was a bit neurotic about the measurements and amounts of each. This year I've been a little more relaxed about it.

    I have an adaptation bubbling away right now ... with pumpkin substituting some of the courgette

    If I remember right it made far more than I was expecting - was giving tonnes of it away last Christmas
