My Cucumber leaves are turning yellow

I am growing cucumbers in 5gallon buckets. Initially they were doing fine. I have gotten 4-5 large cucumbers off each pot. All of a sudden my leaves began to turn yellow and it looks like something was eating on them. I a totally organic garden and have been treating with the suggested products from my local nursery but I am still having problems. I thought I was watering to much and cut back and let mother nature handle it. I am in Florida and this is our rainy season so there are showers just about daily or nightly. I notice that along with the yellow leaves the baby cucumbers are turning black and dying off. Any suggestions on what to do? This is my first attempt at my garden and everything is in 5 gallon buckets. I am growing tomatoes, ghost peppers, cherry peppers, bell peppers and grape tomatoes. All of them are getting yellow leaves and I have been picking them off which seems to help for all except the cucumbers.
