  • Rhubarb wine ... left-over rhubarb

This is my first attempt at making this .. everything seems to be going ok and about to put liquid into demi-john

... what do you do with the left-over rhubarb?
    • do you throw it away?
    • do you use it in a crumble / pie?
    • do you puree it and freeze it?

I'd appreciate your advice please as it seems a shame to dump it ....

    Thanks

I have made elderberry and blackberry wine before and used the pulp to make jam/jelly.

As long as there is enough flavour left in the rhubarb, it should be pretty good. You might try adding orange or ginger or something else to lift the flavour.
