Recipe request - Mango/Banana wine

Hallo fellow juicy grapes.

would anybody have a tried and tested recipe for Mango, Banana or preferably Mango-Banana-Wine, which they would be happy to share?

I see online there are lots of recipes for each individual fruit, but not a combination.

Mangonana wine

May I suggest making 2 gallons, so as not to waste any juice.

1ltr mango
1ltr banana juice/drink (Lidl)
2ltr white grape juice
1400g sugar
1tsp yeast nutrient (youngs)
1 sachet champagne yeast
water to 2gallons

disolve sugar in 3gallon size bucket in 1pt boiled water,
add 1 pt cold water,
add juices to bucket make up to 2gallons with cold water,
add yeast and nutrient cover closely and ferment for 5-6 days, strain through fine mesh into 2 demi johns apply airlocks, sit back and wait, should be ready in 5-6 weeks, improves with keeping

Eat well, live well, drink moderately and be happy (hic!)
