  • Parsnip wine

    My parsnip wine has been fermented, racked and fined. It is as clear as a bell so why has it started to ferment again. I now know why pa****p is a naughty word

    Just a little bump in the hope that someone can advise me. Do I bottle, do I stabilize or do I wait?

      I'd let it finish fermenting. I never use a stabiliser. Give it time.
      Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

        I would just wait for it to stop fermenting. There is obviously still sugar and some active yeast in the mix.
