  • Cranberry-Pomegranate Wine

We started a Cranberry-Pomegranate Wine with the following recipe.

    # 600g fresh chopped cranberries
    # 3 Pomegranates
    # 2 Oranges
    # 1 pound raisins
    # 3 pounds granulated sugar
    # 1 campden tablet
    # 1 teaspoon nutrients
    # 1/4 teaspoon pectic enzyme
    # 1 1/4 teaspoon acid blend
    # 1 package wine yeast
    # 1 gallon water
It too got its first racking in the new year. It already tasted quite nice. Very fruity and expectedly sweet.

It had its 2nd racking just today and is lovely.

Tiachia - do you think the lucky bamboo has something to do with the success of your wine making ventures? This is the second time tonight your pics have made me want to pop round and help with the tasting!
Thanks for the recipe - now what did I do with my old winemaking stuff?

Lol.. OOps! no, it's three in total. That's a typo. I'll correct it now.
