  • Hello from leafy Surrey!

    Another newcomer here!

Started growing this year on a fairly small scale, but totally smitten!! We put some raised beds into our (small) back garden and have experimented with allsorts-with happily more successes than failures.

Not only have we had plenty of tasty veg, but learned loads into the bargain. Never realised just how big some plants can get!!

Enjoy the site very much and am sure it will provide a useful substitute to getting hands dirty when the weather prevents real gardening!

          Hello Black Dog

Welcome to the Vine. I'm approaching my 2nd veg growing year and the Grapes on this site are very helpful, encouraging and supportive.

Where abouts in Surrey are you?

Welcome to the Vine, glad to have another small scale kitchen gardener on board. It is a great hobby and the Vine is a great way to get advice.

                regards
