  • Hello folks from sunny Dudley.

It doesn't seem 7 years since I first grew some runners in the garden and a few tom's in a small frame. Now it's 2 allotment plots and all the associated paraphernalia that goes with them.

I stumbled across this site and the past few weeks I've been visiting it every day to read through the different forums.

Hello and welcome to the vine Owamya!

Ive been growing for 18 years at this house time flys and Mum grew veg when we were kids do Ive always dabbled a bit..y'know, the 10ft lone tomato plant in the corner of the living room or the herbs in pots on the window ledge. But I learn lots from reading here, everyone has something to offer - a little tip that saves you hours of work or a new variety of tomato that is exciting
Anyway..enough of the rambling - got any photos?

The day you think you know everything is the day it all goes horribly wrong. It's a journey seemingly without destination this gardening lark. But what a wonderful trip we are each having.

            Welcome to the vine.

Thank you for your welcome messages , I've already got a couple of project's lined up with help from threads I've found. Picked up a copy of the magazine and found it was a good read and more free seeds.

Hello and welcome to the vine Owamya
I started growing 10 years ago with a tomato plant on my kitchen windowsill and things went from there.
