Default Ramsons or Wild Garlic - when to pick?

Think my wild garlic is strong enough to pick now having been in the ground for a couple of years, but not sure when is the best time to pick the leaves?

Now would be good - obviously don't completely denude any one plant - the flowers are edible too, if any appear.

I prefer the flowers to be honest, I'd wait a bit if you can.

    I'd get stuck in.

Pick it now. I've been picking for a week or so.
It goes very well with pigeon breast . It'd go well in salad to as its a very mild garlic flavour. Not tried the flowers yet but I will when they appear
