Same here! All my rocket has bolted. Keep chopping off white flowers but all the stalks have gone woody. Not sure what I can do. I barely managed to harvest from them, the plants are all still really small. Boo!

I found that self seeded rocket grows better than the stuff i've sown myself.......

I was thinking that I might as well try and collect the seed for next year. should I just collect the flowers and let them dry out? Hanna you could do the same...?

Sow again after the 22nd [June]....and sow every few weeks. It doesn't like it too hot....and prefers the days getting shorter not longer.

The leaves are still usable but they get hotter once the flowers form, so can be used in moderation! As Zazen says they are best sown later in the year when days are shorter and cooler....up to middle of September will give leaves until mid December down here (Essex).

Why not try putting the flowers in a salad, there nice and sweet, look pretty and have a little hot kick.
