  • Don't miss out!

The 2013 GYO Awards let you celebrate the people, products and places you can't live without! Fill in the form at Grow Your Own Awards 2013 Survey by July 5, 2013 to nominate your favourite gardening celebs, stores, tools and more.

    What's your favourite celebrity chef?

What do you think is the best composter?

Which garden has inspired you this year?

    We want to know!

By taking part you'll automatically be entered into a draw to win a year-long magazine subscription. The five winners can choose a year's worth of mags from any of the following great titles:

    Grow Your Own
    Great British Food
    Crafts Beautiful
    Natural Health
    Cook Vegetarian
    Period Ideas

The people, products and places to get the most nominations will be entered into the next stage of the Awards. You'll get the chance to vote for your favourites later this year. Once the votes are counted – drum roll please! – we'll reveal the GYO winners for 2013.

I started but gave up as some questions that required answers I couldn't answer. Mostly relating to new gadgets that I have no knowledge of and I can't vote for something I have only read about in an advert. So Sorry, I'm out

Thanks everyone! We'll look forward to seeing your nominations. I think there's gong to be some tough competition this year. I'd love to know who everyone has named as their favourite celeb gardener!

This is easy Jim McColl, he is like a secret garden. Hardly ever seen, but once watched never forgotten.

I'm with VC on the survey, you should have a right to abstain from making a decision if you simply don;t have an opinion.

Best Gardening tool - Antique, I always buy second hand, they are better made and far more versatile.

I did complete it afterwards - with a few Don't knows where required
Totally irrelevant I know, but this morning I remembered something I'd "invented" on paper years ago - a "Chair for Life" that could be used from babyhood right the way through to old age. I still think it could be a winner (unlike my entry in this survey )
